I’ve had numerous problems and issues such as them not responding to me contacting them about an accidental purchase on the legends pass and about the fraternity tokens not appearing the final day of the recent fraternity team event when I purchased a gem pack for my team. I’ve check my notifications on this forum and all my emails and still haven’t gotten a response even saying they can’t help. Someone please help with this Incase there’s an actual issue with their customer service cause I would’ve hoped at least one of my complaints would’ve been answered. There have been numerous issues that I’ve tried bringing to their attention and they don’t respond. Please reply to help out.
