No matter what I try I can't get them to open. I left the game and came back in... I've tapped them hundreds of times... I've moved them all around. Stored them and took them out to try again... I'm so frustrated and sincerely looking for help on this. Thank you so much if you can help me with this problem

Closing this as it is a duplicate topic. But to answer your query, you need an icepick for every chest. You do not need to do anything, the next time you log in it should give you the popup to open the chest. If this is not happening for you, you should send in a ticket to support.
