I have been struggling with this for nearly 2 weeks because I have been saving up my gems and want to buy them at half price. When do they go on sale, I need to know!

There is no set time for them to show up on sale, but they do not go on sale very often. So just keep collecting gems until they show up.

Who knows, that all depends on how long they decide when they put it on sale. No way of knowing until it goes on sale.

When it's active I think they only last for a day or two.
