Me, and two friends all play dragon city, and i have been playing longer than they have and they both have the dragon TV. In a previous post on here someone mentioned a few requirements to have it. I have played for more than 21 days and own the starter island and half of one i bought. What are the other requirements in order to get it or is this a bug?

You should be getting it, I suggest you send in a ticket to support asking them for assistance.
