Yeah I bought this island for 20 million golds but i cannot place buildings even the working hut. The "For Sale" sign was gone but still its locked, I need a refund hahaha or unlock this island for me.

As the picture shows, it was bought, otherwise the sign would have still remained there and that's not the case. You need to remove all those trees using the workers, works exactly the same as removing all the debris and rocks, the bigger it is, the more time it takes to be removed. After you remove all those trees, you'll be able to place habitats in there
