As of right now my father’s account continuously crashes upon entering the puzzle island. We have tried swapping platforms and other things but nothing seems to remedy the issue. I hope that someone can help as he has spent over 1000 gems on the puzzle.

@yip04 If clearing cache and data, deinstalling and reinstalling does not help you can only ask the support for help.
