I collected all three stars of horai in the event that just ended early this morning. Before the event ended, the description of the items read something close to "collect three stars to empower the horai dragon!" Once the event ended, the description was changed to "collect three stars to empower the horai dragon in the carnival 2020 event!" which seems to imply, just as my lack of reward seems to imply, that it was exclusively for the horai dragon from the event, which was not indicated even in the slightest before the event ended. I feel thoroughly duped, and I want my orbs.

Edet: This is not a bug.

Sorry info or not it said you had to finish the path. Many of us found this out the hard way.

@nynaevelan while it does indeed seem to be the case, we were not told this until after the event and even then the wording is iffy at best

Oh I agree, however that changes nothing. You are welcome to send in a ticket and try to see if they will give them to you. I doubt it but it is all up to you whether you wish to fight with them.

@caleb-proctor Because you are posting here I presume you are checking the forum from time to time. I posted 8 days ago in the event thread that in order to get the 640 orbs you have to finish the pathand collect Horai also. That was discussed there several times. So you could have seen it.
