I can't get in Paradise Island. I can see it but can't get in. No problem with anything else

But to address your issue, if you cannot access it either using the island itself on the icon on the right hand banner than I suggest you send in a ticket to support. You can also try clearing your cache and/or updating to the most recent version while you wait for their response.
