I signed into Facebook through the app and it gave me the 10 gems then after I used the gems to upgrade my hatchery the game gave me an error and restarted my game and now my hatchery is still level 1 and I no longer have my gems but I'm still logged into Facebook so I can't get them back. Anything I can do about that?
