@HelixDome On IOS, you almost always have to send in a ticket. Are you using the link at the bottom of the offers page, and how much time are you giving them? If too much time lapses, they can not verify your claim. I believe you also need to have cookies enabled because that is where they get the data for verification.
As for the screenshots, I generally make a collage of 3 shots:
1. the offers page showing the name of the app and completion requirements.
2. App download showing it is a new install.
3. Something that shows completion...ex: Reach level 5, I'll ss something showing I reached level 5.
Be sure to submit your requests within a few hours of completion so the offer does not expire. I rarely get declined.
