I sincerely wanted to express gratitude. Starting as a new player has provided a different perspective. All companies have to grow beyond grassroots. So many of us complain, yet there are clearly positive efforts, too.
I’m posting a screenshot of my SP ticket from April 1, 2020. How often do the humans doing their best at SP receive our thanks?
Background: I lost access to my mature level 102 account earlier this year. I can see my hungry, gold-earning dragons through my Alliance, yet lost (kindly confirmed by Facebook) the Facebook account associated with it. (It was, possibly, a hacked Facebook account just for DC. I was gone for a few months.) My wonderful Alliance insisted on keeping my 102 account in the Alliance, even sending dragon screenshots (of their own volition and generosity ), until SP confirms it’s unrecoverable.
SP support, naturally, has this as a low priority. Maybe my 102 will become a gift months (years?) down the line, when SP reaches the non-essentials.
In the meantime, I am building a new team, powered by Bananoss lol.
