The standard team is made up a denier, attacker, and supporter.
A denier or controller has skills that stop the enemy from attacking you. These are skills like stun, possession, freeze, etc. You typically want your denier to go first to deny the enemy from doing anything.
Your attacker is pretty obvious. He attacks and deals as much damage as possible to the enemy.
Then your support is kind of a wildcard. Their goal is to assist your other two monsters in getting the job done.
So to better build your team, you need to look at the monsters that you have and understand what role(s) they play.

Agree with sansot. Think about who you pair with what - the combo is the key. You can learn from playing against other combos in PvP.
For example, I see you have Armor Claw: as he absorbs all single attacks, the only way to attack your whole team with him in it is to perform a multi-enemy attack. However, if your other monsters have the “Dodge Area” trait, then they are untouchable until Armor Claw has absorbed all single attacks and is removed. If one of these 2 other monsters therefore has a lot of strength or some hard denying skills, then they can do some serious damage to your team as they cannot be denied. This means you need a “Trait disabler”, which is not very common, so it limits your attacker.
You’ll notice in PvPs, the most common types of team are something like a Dunn Ra/Eisul combined with a Wyrmlad & Hornet. Both of these last 2 have “Dodge Area” traits, so (unless you can disable the Taunt trait) you really got to take out the MegaTaunt monster before you can start to inflict damage. Wyrmlad is particularly annoying as he can resurrect a MegaTaunt back to life, and then protect him with Evasion, and then even regenerate him so you gotta start all over again. A MegaTaunt with evasion means both your single attacks and area attacks are useless. It’s why Wyrmlad is the most common defender in high ranking PvPs.
Anyway, the point is, spend some time to think about what combo works best and practice with your teammates.
