The new monsters offers new things to their respective elements(like almost all monsters release since the beginning of the year, thanks for that, SP). Five monsters were released, and I will make an mini analysis about them.
El Dino Volador: he offers a very great versatility with moves that gives him power and protection, great stats and a good trait for nature wars, and he also offers an AOE Stun!!! Yes, we finally have a decent nature immobilizer(Roastie is way too slow to be a good denier). He doesn´t have much survivabilty like the other nature monsters, but he really doesn´t need it, because his main function is to deny or to deal very high damage to the enemies. The runes should be 3 Speed to make him an immobilizer or 2 Strength 1 Speed to make him an attacker.
Enypiast: He sure is a top tier water monster, with great speed, moves that give immunities to counter all water monsters and an AOE Possession, which makes him very good for wars since few water monsters are immune to possession, but he can´t be an attacker because his Strength is bad and his AOEs and single target attacks are not that powerful. The runes should be 3 Speed to quickly possess the enemies.
Hirondeleor: Unfortunately, he doesn´t offer new things for the Dark element, but he is a great attacker wth powerful AOEs and Single Target attacks, with a move that gives him Double Damage to kill the enemies easier and moves with good Dot effects to kill Tankers. He also has great stats and a good trait for dark wars. The runes should be 2 Strength 1 Speed to maximize his damage and to make him faster than most attackers, and to not allow that the opposing deniers attack two times before him.
Polaris Sea: This one is another top tire water monster, with an AOE Freeze and Bleed, powerful attacks and a move that removes positive effects, which is great against Caillech and Enypiast, but he still will have problems in Water wars because most water monsters are immune to Freeze, which is Polaris´s main way of immobilizing. The runes should be 3 Speed to quickly freeze the enemies, but you can use 2 Strength 1 Speed since some of his attacks are actually very powerful.
Soap Sam: He has great stats for an epic, and he also removes stamina and he can attack without losing a turn to recharge thanks to his moves that recovers stamina, but he can´t be an primary immobilizer since his moves don´t remove enough stamina to make the enemies lose a turn to recharge. The runes should be 3 Team Speed to make you primary immobilizer faster than everything.
