i tried it on dungeon and even live battles its not working except in defense pvp it is working is it a bug or not pls explain but i forgot its name gaidigo just correct it in the gold legend pass in any mode its skills is very useful in any mode

Every monsters has a few skills with 0 cooldown, that's why it seems like it doesn't work

Already got an aswer from Carlos above . . . You need to take into account there are skills that has 0 cd
