I need 80k to feed my legend dragon to reach level 26 while my friend legend dragon only need 14k to feed to reach level 26. Can someone tell me why this happen.

Are you both starting at the same level of dragon? I suggest you send in a ticket to support.

@weeb-s Feeding dragons should be the same for everyone and for all dragons. From level 1 to 26 you need 1466040 food. From level 25 to 26 you need 34000 (8500 x 4).

@bettina-löffler Sorry what i mean is my dragon is level 25 and i need to feed him 340k (85k x 4) only to reach level 26 while my friend only need to feed his dragon 59k (14750 x 4) to reach level 26.

@weeb-s You have the correct amount. Your friend must have a bug in the game.

This came out 5 months ago but some people received the empower reborn update early where you need less food to level up dragons and more orbs for recalling.

In other words, some received the update early because they were in the test group.

Some people got the revised feeding update early, which explains the OPs complaint.
Nobody got the actual empower reborn update early. And you don't need more orbs for recalling; you get more orbs in recalling.
