First you are going to have to give more info than that if you want assistance. Second, this seems to be an issue with your device so I am thinking you will need to fix it on your end. Third and more important you need to send in a ticket to support to get it looked at. And I suggest you provide as much information as possible and be as polite as possible to get the quickest assistance as possible.

@roilan-mariño If you are on Android and not waiting for a task to be payed out, try if changing ad ID in Google settings helps. If you are playing on Windows version install an emulator like Nox for that purpose.
