i use to be able to get gems when i did the surveys but now i cant collect my gems even though i do the surveys

@RedPanda_13 This isn't SP's problem, this is the survey giver's issue. You will need to contact them for this. I myself don'y have a link but mod can provide you one to the providers contact(probably)
