Do you own the dragons? Are they hatched? Please read the faq and if you have met the conditions then I suggest you send in a ticket to support. However I do not think you have met the conditions because none of them have either been released enough for you to own them yet, the heroic race has not completed so you can't own that one yet. The Fireflower has not appeared yet in its event so you can't own that one. And the Burning Sands and Heatwave dragons have not had their event yet so you can't own those. So in other words, you will need to wait, as soon as you claim them then you will get the orbs for the ones you own.
