Hello everyone and welcome to my 78th analysis, this time featuring Polaris Sea.
Overview: Polaris Sea has access to AOE denial, self debuff removal and healing, in addition to a buff removal move. These would normally make for a good Swiss Army Knife type of moveset which is good nowadays, but sadly he lacks in almost all other departments. His Strength is bad, his Speed is way below average and his Base Life isn't even that high. He can put in great work for newer players as a denier, but later on he will definitely fall off in performance.

Build Explanation:
Deep Freeze is your AOE deny move. Pressure Clean removes all buffs from the target whereas Regrow Limbs removes all debuffs from Polaris Sea while also healing him for 25%, and both of these moves provide good status effect control. The last slot goes to Deep Cold for dealing with Dodge Area monsters that can evade Deep Freeze and to have more deny moves in his arsenal.
3 Team Speed is the best spread to support allies even further with a Speed boost, but 3 Speed can be used if you're planning on using him as your primary denier. Both spreads feature Life Mutations.
