First of all let me start by saying that all the recent changes have a taste of punishment of the have-nots versus the already-haves.
Moreover nobody considered that all this takes players out of their comfort zones and out of their routines.
I have been playing this game for a long time now and i am adjusted to a certain way for things to work.
Mostly i am adjusted to the time and money i spend in the game versus my progression curve.
There are too many changes too soon and each and every one of them makes the strong even stronger and at the same time hamstringing everybody else.
This is truly becoming a pay-to-win game disregarding any and all efforts of the lower, middle and upper middle caste of players.
I am not saying this was SP's intention and i am not saying it wasn't. After all not every change has been made to the game and we don't have the whole picture.
Be that as it may, there is one picture that is blatantly clear for all to see: If you managed to reach whale status by legit, by not so legit or by shady or ruthless means, you are safe! All those under you will never get the chance to catch up unless they play twice as much, spend four times as much and use all the loopholes in the book.
It is not the slower progression that saddens me - I can live with that.
It is not the fact that every third war i have to go up against enemy teams ten times as powerful as mine - I roll with the punches.
It is not that i will have no chance in pvp because i can no longer use items to even imagine beating all those whales since i am offered no alternative - I will stop pvp
It is though, the illusion of fairness SP pushes.
It is the fact that i had an amount of money in mind i like to give for my entertainment which is no longer enough for SP.
It is that no mater how you look at it, if you don't pay big for each and every step you take in the game, you are only entitled to D class monsters and a laughable progression curve. - It doesn't matter how much you paid in the past and it doesn't matter how much you pay now. - Unless you dedicate more than you can afford to spend in a game, you are going nowhere fast.
People should be able to set their own spending limit SP. You are making a big mistake with this.
And the biggest mistake of all is that you allowed a very big portion of the player base to get strong and now you consolidate their power not by rewarding them per se but by hamstringing everybody else's progression.
Finally, let me say that i don't feel that whales deserve to be punished for paying to play the game at it's fullest - i congratulate them. And since they paid, they are entitled to giving me (that i didn't spend as much as they did) hell every third war.
But i was happy spending 4 hours a day and 100 euros a month for my fun - and i am sorry to see this wasn't enough for you and now, i get punished for my misgivings and all i have to look for in Monster Legends is more demands for money.
If i had a dream of collecting all the generals at 130 in a two-year period, now it is gone. Now it is a four-year period... i don't think i'll last that long.
