Hi,

I have just lost my account as a family member deleted my game on my phone. I since redownloaded and have started from the beggining. I have to admit I have not connected the account to google or facebook. Is there any way I will be able to get my account back? I was doing well in the game and have spent many hours on it. I have raised a ticket with no reply yet but you guys may know if there is a quicker way to get it back. I am using the same device and I know my account ID, account name and Team/Clan name.

If your game was not connected to google or facebook and it was deleted then I am sorry there is no way to recover your game. There might have been a chance if the game data was not deleted but you just stated you started over so I am thinking it is gone forever.

Wow I am surprised the data has gone forever. That is a shame. I did enjoy it. Guess I will never play it again. Thanks
