It's been quite a while this has been going on. I could not upload the photo of this issue in the website i was commenting on so i have to make a new thread to show the moderator. Please see it for yourself...My master point actually should be above 40,000 by now since it's been so long that i have been playing.

@Aisha-Aisha-Aisha Master points aren't based on how long you have been playing, but the master points each dragon gives, if you are concerned about the amount of mp you have, get a calculator and add all your dragons mp up, that's what I have to do since it shows mine as 0.

@fadeless Hey I already did that...I have loads of legendary dragon as well as about 8 heroic. I have also empowered some of my dragons. I saw many people in gloabal chat who have way more master point than me although their dragons level is maximum 25.
So i got suspicious and checked my one by feeding dragons. I noted down my master point then went to feed some legendary dragons of mine. Then when i come back to master point it is still stuck at 10651. So i feed another of my dragon and it still stay the same. I restarted my phone and deleted the game to reinstall it. Still the same. It is literally stuck there.
In the past few days i have been hatching legendary dragon yet no increase in master point...SO yeah..this thing is bugged

Hi, but why are you not emailing support? Your account must have been put at stand-still by them accidentally or not (who knows) only they can help you.

there is a way to know if your account is malfunctioning. Hatch a unique dragon (you did not owned it before, it must be a new one, you cannot hatched a once deleted dragon) and see if your unique dragon count has increased by one number, too.

Faceless gave you a good advice to manually add them.

@gemspender Hey I have actually contacted support several time through the game..I even sent them screenshots of this issue(it has been there for over 2 month...maybe more since i just found out 2-3 month ago). They only replied with automated message each time. I keep sending them till now but no hope. So i am posting here to get some attention at least from the moderator so my problem is actually recognised.
And by hatching...I am hatching new dragons which i got from event. I also hatched and feed the heroic which i got with joker orb and my initial orbs. Still master point is stuck at 10,651.

@aisha-aisha-aisha Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. However if you pm me or @Bettina-Löffler your game id we can send it to our CM, maybe she can have the team look into the issue and contact you.

@nynaevelan Ohh that would be great!! I don't mind waiting..I just want it to be at least looked at and get noticed by SP.

@nynaevelan a mi me pasa lo mismo estoy atascado en unos 9000 puntos .también me extraña que cuando accedes a los ranking de los cofres los equipos mejor situados con 400.000 puntos por ejemplo miras sus perfiles y sumas los puntos de ese equipo y no suman mas de 50.000 puntos y por tanto no alcanzan o no deberían alcanzar el mejor premio,yo también megustaria estar en un equipo que hace 50.000 puntos y al final aparecen con 400.000.alguien hace trampas y el juego lo permite o es que me estoy perdiendo algo.

I got kicked from many alliance due to my master point being the lowest and many superb alliance doesn't want me. So I end making my own alliance. However, it still bother me that as a lead, my profile is really bad compare to my members so yeah...
I feel you mate...

@garunga First thing you should do is to ask the support for help.
