Alright, so me and my g/f have been completing tasks to get gem rewards. Simple tasks work correctly and if we report, we usually get the gems (by simple I mean, no other obligations except reaching a certain level and the gem reward amount is at best, a few hundred gems). But lately, we tried some tasks with a time limit on them. We made sure to complete the tasks on time (even put a few dollars in the games for that), but "surprise", we completed the task following all instructions to the letter (we confirmed and checked again and again), but received no gems. So naturally we report the tasks to Fyber, but again, "surprise" their answer is either vague not-my-fault-must-be-yours, or they say that it's the game sponsors that will validate if we completed the task correctly. But obviously, we have no way to talk to that sponsor; Fyber is our only access door and they tell us it's not them (which makes it really convenient). So, no matter how many screenshots proof we send, or emails, conversation just stops and we never receive any gem rewards.
Thing is, we spend hours and hours on those games JUST to get the Dragon City gem rewards, and even put a few dollars thinking that getting 1200 gems for $8 is a pretty good deal... that is, unless they never give you the reward which is fine only for them!
So, this is extremely frustrating, I completely lost faith in Fyber, and stopped using the tasks altogether. Heck, why would I lose time and money just to be cheated and have a feeling that they stole money from me?
Furthermore, SocialPoint doesn't help either, stating that this is a 3rd party vendor and that they can't control whatever happens. But seriously, we cannot put any pressure on Fyber, we're just one of their I-don't-know-how-many users. We have no power at all. But SocialPoint could have, so we then feel cheated by them at the same time, further increasing our frustration.
Anybody else in the same situation??
