Will there be Dark & Light Titans empowerment quests?

@tấn-phát-phạm I dont think so. But not sure. Normally these quests started as soon as the event ended.

I am hoping they are giving us a little breathing room and starting them a day or two later rather than right after the event ends. But I am thinking if we do not have one in a day or two then no we will not get one. But based on the fact they started an orb sale right away I am thinking we will not.
