I watch the entire video in Monsterwood, but I don't get rewards and it doesn't count as a video in daily missions. This has been going on for a while. I have to watch it 3-5 times in order to count as one video.

Have you tried resetting your Advertising ID? If not please follow these steps according to your device:

Android:
Go to your phone's Settings (or Google Settings, skip this next step if so), go to Google, go to Ads, press Reset Advertising ID

iOS:
If it's an iOS device:
Go to your phone's Settings, go to General, go to About, Press Reset Advertising Identifier
