Hello Mod!

Sry for earlier posting event related concerns in general discussions since I'm new i was confused, I hope you can understand.
And please help me with my issue.

Guys i collected 106 Wind Shards from event as I know you can get 20 orbs from 25 Wind shards that means for 100 shards we will get 80 wind titan dragon orbs but I'm my case I received only 60 orbs, is this a bug?? If not please explain me how it works. (I mean how do we get 100orbs of wind titan dragon)
