I been having this dragon city account for years, I started playing on Facebook, but when I started playing mobile some Google play achievements didn't unlock automatically, and I'm not able to get them unless I make a new dragon city account!

Those are outdated and unfortunately out of sync you will have to do what the rest of us do...ignore them. They really need to get rid of them since they are outdated and the rewards are so small.
