And this message popup to me
I can't even back my old allience
We did great job and we were about to reach level 5 in the race
I connected two different emails one of Google play and Facebook
I contacted support with the facebook account but no message until now
In first, I didn't read fair play guide and used third-party tool
After this I cut all my info from it but still banned
Please help me

You have already listed the reason why you have been banned and unfortunately for you there is nothing to do but endure the consequences of your actions. Since you have stated you have already contacted support there is nothing else you can do.
