I was banned in the other day because of using 3rd party tool and someone gave me last chance so they unban me. And now I am scared that I will get ban again so I didnt use 3rd party tools and Im playing fair.

But today Im shocked that when I open my account in Dragon City Its said "You have been temporarily ban due to violation of our fair play policy"
please why I got banned again, Im playing fair.

or you will get ban if your connection is low or not?
