I was playing the last node of lap 18, ran the spin. It just spun around forever. Killed the game. And now I'm banned when I try come back in.

What did I do wrong? Is this my fault because the game is bloody buggy and has connectivity issues all the time "Alliances cant be loaded". I wasn't getting the problem right now. But I'm really pissed off. I was almost getting the Titan with so many damn gems used..
I can't even log in to log a call in the app as I cant get in. I'm really peeved.

If you have connectivity issues, and your description sounds like it, that is a problem on your end, in my opinion, not SP being buggy.
It is unfortunate, however, that SP refuses to differentiate between flight mode and loss of Internet. Either one is likely to trigger a ban, and is unfair to those with poor Internet connection. I have complained about it to SP, but they refused to understand.
Try to load again before reset in 23 mins, you may only have a 30 min ban. Fingers crossed.

Never mind they let me in. Took more gems to finish the fights, but the Metal Titan was worth it.

I was so close to stop playing the game for good!
