Do you use any skills from Skill Set 1 on your monsters?
Post count: 111Reputation: 128Joined:Location: GreeceThere are many monsters that i use a G1 skill. Especially if G2 and G3 have no compelling 0 cool down skills.
Let's take Thetys for example. I swear by Cought!. Easy choice.
Cavenfish's "Lead Rain" simply a must.
And so on so forth. It all depends in what capacity you wish to play the monster. My time has come.

I was going to say Shutdown for VapWhirl and Sea Lion and Mass Haste for Haze, but those are all skill group 2.
Meme-master in his own mind.

Post count: 135Reputation: 30Joined:Keep in mind that Just because a skill is in the group 1, doesn't mean the skill is bad and it shoudn't be chosen. There is a lot of good skill that is in the group 1 like Vanitus's Egg Boost(i think this is the name), Zyla's 0 CD Extra Turn skill and some 0 CD AOEs that is actually very powerful. You have to take into consideration every skill and then analyse the utility of the attacks in the battles, and only then you choose the attacks you want, so if you take into consiseration only group 2 and 3 skills, you will be very sorry because you forgot to analyse a very good skill that is in the group 1, and with that your monster will be useful in only a very few situations.
