Sadly this is not a bug, opponents range a few levels higher or lower than your team.

That is the reason why you should not rush to level up without haveing a good fighting team. You will get opponents that are on the same player level than you are. The dragons you have dont matter. It is just player level that counts. If you stuck try if resetting league helps.
