I am not sure what you are asking but at this time wind dragons are not breedable.

... @Ricky-Pajelan ... if you use the DragonBook and select dragons by Element = wind and Source = breeding ... you'll see if there are any available breeds ...

Good tip....I always forget the dragon book has other purposes!!
