Neobuki2099 was sent by Vanoss2099 when Neobuki was being attacked by his evil twin Akunobuki, when Neobuki2099 was traveling to 2020, he was hit by a piece of Stardust and that sent him into the past. Now, he is back he saved his fellow past self and helped save his crew.
Neobuki2099 is a Thunder Attacker with great skills. Neobuki2099 can remove Positive Effects, apply them to his allies, and remove Negative Effects. He can even stop one enemy in one go. In one of his skills, he gains an extra turn. But, also supports his allies. Neobuki2099 has an evolving trait: at rank 0, he has Hardened, at rank 1, he gains Control Immunity, and at rank 3, he protects his Positive Effects with a Trait.
