I have tried everything and have missed many items. My family plays this game and we are all frustrusted. A 2nd company many do this but I feel that the game offered this and shold get it fixed for those people who play daily and is having issues. Give them some of the items or fix the issue.

@jennifer-mcdaniel-meece For Windows version you could install an emulator like Nox to make them run. On Android resetting ad ID in Google settings might help.
