okay so i have collected 12 pumpkins but there is no any icon or button (whatever you want to call ) to get a vampire dragon i checked my friends mobile and it was there but for mine it isnt there please help me .

Try logging out and then in again

@susan-mclaughlin i have tried everything logging in and out deleting the game restarting the mobile but it still doesnt work please reply fast the event is gonna end please help ( i cropped the picture because photo needed to be less than 2 mb )

Did you receive 12 jack o lanterns from the chests? They will be in your storage.

@runvs I have everything to get that dragon except the halloween button where you exchange jack o latrens for dragon . Please check my account i think i have a bug

We cannot check your account, we are just players like you. You need to contact support in game, using the settings button. Take screenshot of your 12 jack olanterns in storage and send that to them with your enquiry.

They dont reply but on the good side today morning it got fixed I got the dragon i needed thank you guys
