I think they aren't actually....
I may be wrong but i never reused items from events (i'm just selling them for tons of gold)

The ones you have, no. But they have occasionally reused them for a new event, but each time you need to obtain them again, the ones that you own are not accepted to meet the requirements.

I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)
