Cannot load the new version

The new version button appears but when I press it, it starts all over again. I am unable to enter the game at all. Any ideas? I have sent a message through the internet but I haven't received a response yet. It has been this way for about 5 days now.

@mercedes-steele Is this on Windows version? If your game is connected to a Facebook account you could try to deinstall and reinstall the game.

Cannot load the new version
Have you tried clearing your cache or if you game is connected to facebook or windows, clearing your data? I just tried it and it works for me, however I cleared my cache before installing the updated version.
I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)
