Tips for runner events are here.

We start with 10 Flight Stamps and need 5 Flight Stamps per flight.
We can collect up to 180 Flight Stamps by doing tasks that change every 8 hours.
That will be 190 without quests, dragon tv and maze path.

Dragons to collect:
Otoroshi -R- #499 - 400 pinwheels
Necro -VR- #335 - 900 pinwheels
Pythoness -E- #1083 - 1400 pinwheels
Dream -L- #1431 - 2500 pinwheels
Divination -L- #1429 - 4500 pinwheels

Well they put the high occult dragon for sale. “Black Friday “ sale for 29.99 US dollars. Expensive. Twice as much as the regular titans when they were for sale.

Though I am wondering if there is a 10% chance to get one from the chest why is it that I have gotten nothing from my 15 chests?? So far I've gotten 4 heroics but sadly not the one that I want.

If they start selling spells, not sure if I’ll have enough gems to get to 600. I’m only projecting around 500-525 spells after runner and maze.

I actually do not think that the 600 will be feasible for me. I am currently at @250ish and I doubt I will be close enough to the 600 to even think about buying any. But realistically even if I was close I doubt I would, I do not care for the buy for gems options for these event type thingies. I am just interested in getting as much good freebies from the chests as I can get. I would love to get the Occult but I doubt I will.

@titania Just my luck . Also, AP mode is against some rule now I believe, so you can get a temp ban, for like 30 mins, just saying.

Sorry for you bad luck but just because you are not getting any good goodies does not mean it should stop for the rest of us. Sometimes they work in your favor, sometimes they don't. Sorry this is not your time.

I have just been having crazy luck lately, ever since I had a break, they drop me with a legendary egg chest saying 'Welcome back, we hope you stay around', then it felt like every chest I opened was a dragon, I get the bio-augmented dragon from its event, and now I get 2 heroics out of 4 occult chests, it's just crazy. Not to mention the LL chests and such that I have gotten dragons out of, my storage is beginning to look like Nyna's

I do hope some of my luck gets passed on to you, and here, have some ice cream for your effort

I’ll just chalk up this 600 spells to get a heroic titan as one of the worst idea by SP.

Between my 2 accounts, I'm over 20 chests opened. No dragons of any sort.

... ditto @Titania ... lots of food in most of my chests ... disappointing to say the least; am F2P and getting food almost always in a chest (ANY chest) will never tempt me to spend any real in the game ... ever ...

... as for @Fadeless and their luck, what say you ‘n me take ‘em out back behind the woodshed ‘n shake their luck loose from ‘em and use it ourselves for a while ?

Next two occult chests: 10 heroic orbs each (20 legendary before that). Not that this isn’t nice, but compared to a dragon, heroic or otherwise... oh well. Hope springs eternal.

I have used 10 of the chests and no Titan or Heroic whatsoever. I am level 18 and I think the game is scaled so that chance is against the lower level. I am just playing while I am disputing a payment issue with the Support (paid for Moves in the Puzzles but never receive)

BEAWERE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SPEND MONEY IN THIS GAME!

most of the times, I received the Foods as reward and I guess all the shinny rewards are just to lure us in and splash the cash.

This has nothing to do with “lower level” players, it is a question of chance. I am around level 90 and have also not gotten a single dragon. It is normal. And if you don’t enjoy the game, you don’t have to play it.

"I am around level 90...". It is easy for you to say that and judge people on the Internet nowaday...About the lower level affecting or not, are you a game developer? In some games, level is a factor in deciding rewards. Do you know that? If there is a game developer comes out and clarify/certify that, I will shut my mouth, not you.

I am not complaining about the game itself only as I have tried to spend money on it (it is easy to say you like but how many people would actually spend hard earned cash on it). What I complained about is the Supports people of the game and what is wrong with consumer's complain if it is right? If you want just only praises, don't charge money for the game's products that you can't deliver and not even respond timely.

God, I absolutely hate these things.

They almost always appear during the 4th rainbow and almost everytime I get hit.
It doesn't help that you can't change directions and jump at the same time in mobile and double swiping is too slow half of the time.
You pretty much need a keyboard to go through this.(Too bad the runner in PC goes way to faster than mobile)

@malteusa I always run on mobile, it takes a while to get it right but it is possible to jump and slide. I too hate them but it can be done.

I too aren’t having much luck with the chests. I’ve opened 11 and have had only food, legendary and heroic orbs. Not even any gems! I’m level 72.
As phat_bui said, the rewards are there to try to make you spend money; thankfully I haven’t though I have used some gems and have been tempted to buy moves and maze coins.

I finally found a way to go past those things.

@phat_bui Sorry, I don’t understand your problem and I don’t like your tone. I am just a normal F2P player and have been playing for a little over a year. All I was saying was that I am a higher level than you and ALSO don’t get any dragons, like several other players here as well. And so being higher level doesn’t mean you automatically get dragons, and I would think that being lower level doesn’t mean that you don’t.

@dand I agree with you, I have opened so many chests (high level one thanks to purchase of moves, my $50 is still jailed thoug Y_Y) and I can confirm that most of them are foods and worst, multiplying by 1 for me. I suspect that the rewards are actually limited to level or the pools of dragons at that level or something, I dont know.
Actually we dont know unless the developers come out and clarify how the random functions work in this game (what variables involve, what kind of random functions they are using, could it be affected by pings or connections, tested/or not tested, bla bla).

It is fun to play but if you want us to keep spending, I personally think that they should clarify.

It says right in the game that there is a 10% chance of getting a heroic, titan or vampire dragon in the black magic chest. Player level does not matter. It is chance, that is all.

I have got 3 x 20 legendary orbs 2 x 20 gems and 2x 10 hero joker orbs, 6 x food and I just got the high tidal which I needed. I am not going to get all 600 however it’s been a great Black Friday event with everything else they have done.

10 chest merely puts you in the probable percentage of “possibly” getting a 1 in 10 shot of getting a dragon. My first 5 chest gave me 2 dragons but my last 15 gave me no dragons.... so is it rigged?. Depends on your point of view. Had that stat been reversed, I’d probably say it’s rigged against “high level players” if I hadn’t gotten a dragon in 15 chests and stopped at 15 chests. And had I stopped at that hypothetical, I would have missed out on the 2 dragons on my next 5 chests

Frankly, the highest level in my alliance is way over 10 chests and has not gotten a dragon. Just because the mathematical probability doesn’t favor you currently does not equate to “favoritism” or rigged for “lower levels”. Any long time players here will tell you from “experience”, we’ve all been in your shoes.... hence the forum ice cream jokes

P.S.....I have not spent money.

All chests are predetermined from the start of the event.
Levels have nothing to do with chests.
Its better to focus on guaranteed rewards instead of chests during events anyways.
Its more of a all or nothing scenario.
Get very lucky or very unlucky

Every player has a unique userID that ID is probably used for RNG calculations for chests during events. You could probably calculate your rewards if someone finds out how the calculations are performed. Even if such a calculator is made, it is really risky putting your userID in any unofficial website.

1-Does the stamps carry over to the next event?
2-Does the 5 stamp cost remain the same?

You actually don't have to spend any money to know more about the game (I haven't).
The userID is used in some calculations we just don't know how.
But I agree with about spending a lot of money for frustration.
It's same with all of these 'gacha'-esque/lootbox based mobile games. DC isn't any different.

You keep saying you don't mean disrespect but your tone certainly gives some.
Spending money in game makes no difference to knowledge about it.
Your disagreeing with someone doesn't make their statement untrue.
This game has no conspiracy against newer players, or players that are free-to-play, or any other type. Experienced players sometimes do better at events because they have knowledge and dragons that helps them, and newer players will get those over time.
Paying players usually do better because they pay for extras that can give advantage in the game, and they are entitled to that advantage that they paid for, it is not unfair to ftp players.
Yes, some elements of the game are predetermined, such as the numbers if spaces given in the tower island spins, and the rewards in some chests on the event islands. Sometimes they are based on location, often they are based on the number of chests opened.
As for these black magic chests, I don't know which way they work. They say ten percent of all the chests opened by all the players give dragons. Each player might have a predetermined order that they win prizes in those chests, it is just a matter of luck who gets what combination of prizes. Either that or it is pure chance on each chest.
But either way, you can be sure that there is no advantage to social Point for rigging the game against new players.
And give the support some time to sort out your payment, they are very busy. Keep asking every few days, don't give up.

I'm sorry but I find this to be inaccurate. Putting money into a game does not have anything to do with a users experience or expertise. The only thing f2p users would not have direct experience with is the actual purchases themselves. Putting in the time and gameplay is where users gain their experience and expertise, not to mention direct interaction with other members of the community. And spending on anything does not guarantee enjoyment or lack of frustration. If you do not want to converse with members of the community then stay out of the conversation, this ensures that you do not. In the meantime this is a forum for all members of the community to converse, whether they pay or not. Please review the forum rules regarding politeness to ensure you yourself do not face any bans.

Yes, the chest contents are predetermined at the start of their release aka events or purchases however since there is no official information released on how these algorithms are determined this is just an assumption on your part.

I totally agree. I am a lurker that has been around for a couple months that has learned SO MUCH from each of you, regardless of whether you pay to play or not. I so appreciate you all sharing your wisdom & insight into this game. It sure has helped distract me from the craziness of 2020 and the US election madness.

For what it’s worth, I am level 59 and opened 15 occult chests (F2P). Not a single dragon, but lots of legendary orbs, a couple heroic orbs, gems & food. A bit bummed, but still a fun event. Your experience tells me my time will come! At least I like ice cream.
