I’m not sure where to put this but I have to say this, global chat is bad, really bad. Global chat needs to change, the amount a racism, xenophobia, and homophobia is to much. I don’t want to have global chat shut the though, me and many other player use global to recruit players for our teams, I have also met very nice people on global. What I suggest to fix this is to create a better chat filter, you can easily bypass the current chat filter by putting a accent mark above it, you can also easily get around the 24 hour chat ban. I also would suggest a easier way to report players to Social Point. Thanks

There was an in-game survey about Global Chat recently. I think Social Point is considering changing it or removing it, but they also know it's heavily used for team recruitment. I'd recommend staying out of Global Chat entirely and use Discord servers and other communities to recruit for your team.
