Why my perivous saved game lose.. I don't played this game a few years.. Please Help me

Before you stopped playing did you link the game to facebook, ios game center, google play store or windows store? If you did not link it to at least one of those 4 and you no longer have access to the device you were playing on then I'm afraid your game is lost. If however you did link it to one of those then you should be able to select the connect button and use that log in to connect. Please keep in mind that you still need to have access to the account that you used to link your game to.

Ok tq for information.. Btw, I had connected to facebook before i exit this.. But i don sure if i accidentally disconnected to the facebook account and google play store before i exit..

@zamil If a new game started on your device, just connect and choose between old and new game.

@bettina-löffler i had try connect to facebook.. But still don appear my old high level

@zamil You could try with change player option. Open that Facebookaccount in the background, then open the game - settings - change player - Facebook.
