I drew my heraldic dragon. Isn't she sweet?

Post count: 77Reputation: 48Joined:@Zarif-Bin-Kaiser Yes, it's the Slugabed dragon. I called her my heraldic dragon because she's my avatar image.
I realized that the strong contrasts and darkness of the charcoal doesn't do justice to such a fragile beast, so I did her again, in soft pastels. And yes, I changed the colours. I'm not very fond of the combination of turquoise and pink so I tried something different.

Why yes, you're right! Or at least she doesn't look happy, rather like she's frowning. Thanks for pointing that out!
I think I shouldn't have included the highlights in her eyes in my drawing, that creates the impression that she's looking skyward.
But since I did the drawing with Ibis Paint (learning how to use the app) it should be easy to fix this. I'll give it a try!
