It seems unfair to me that I have been playing since my childhood and at least I admit I played unfair since I wanted to win but not a permanent ban when at first they temporarily banned me for 30 days I stopped playing often I entered at least once a week or did not enter later Two months passed and I wrote to the support to see what happened, he did not give me a warning much less he replied and now it appears to me that I am permanently I disagree since 30 day appeared first, it was not given importance that they were uploaded to 90 day I accept unfair play but more unfair is that I play from a very young age as since 2012 and they give me ban like that (sorry if there are inconsistencies in the text, I speak Spanish)
