Hello!
I've encountered something that I believe to be a bug. I saw the opportunity in the Dragon TV that you can earn 2x gems by completing tasks out of the game. So, I took the chance and did one, but only got the normal prize, and not the double reward.
This didn't happen just right now, but around a day or so ago, I didn't make a report earlier because if you exit the tab of that free gem offer thing, it says your gems might only arrive later, even take 2 days, but unfortunately I dont think it will ever arrive.
I've already sent an in-game ticket about this, but just wanted to post it out here, maybe someone working for Socialpoints will see this and can help, or guide me.
Im only frustrated about this, because I completed an in-game purchase as the task, and I kind of feel like I got scammed out of my money as I expected to get double the prize.
