Hi guys,
I just need to vent. Ive spent 3 weeks getting through Club Vegas to earn 1200 gems..so I made it to the requirements and screenshot my evidence. Reported it to Fyber. Eventually they tell me that unfortunately I wont get the reward because of Reason A, B, C or D. No specifics. Same thing for another mindnumbing game I played for 2 weeks. Satisfied all requirements listed. I just feel like its all a waste of time. Especially when the company cant even give me a specific reason why.

Respond to your ticket disputing their response, include your proof and ask them to give you a definitive answer to which requirement you didn't meet. Keep at them until they give you a answer from a human.

@pinkninja I really do think if you spent that much time doing it and put that much effort into it, you should definitely keep pushing them and try to get something back for your efforts. You have evidence that you did what they required and etc... I cant imagine that you cannot get them to pay you out... Anyways, I hope you'll be rewarded for your efforts, good luck.
