I have an old iphone that has a dragon city account on it so it is logged using apple id. I am not old enough to use facebook so i dont know how to transfer my old account(apple id) to my new android phone that uses google play. Pls help because i spent so much time on that old account

Unfortunately facebook is the only way.

Sorry as that is "cheating" the system I cannot tell you how to do it but yes there is a way to do it. If someone is willing to share that info with you in a private chat, that is between you two but if someone should come along and post the info it will have to be removed as that is a violation of facebook's TOC. Keep in mind though, once you attach your game to a facebook account it is attached forever.
