I have completed the evony challenge in having 3 gold generals but I did not receive any gems !
I have made a ticket 3 days ago and on open a reporting yesterday but sill no answer.

And still no answer except post from fyber support telling my that my request is updated ... 10 mail of this sort without any explanation or instruction what I should do to finally get the promised gem !
Please do somethink!
