I purchased a Diamond Chest for coins and did not receive it. Tried to contact support numerous times but I get an error message that tells me to reload and try again. Playing on Windows platform. Is there an alternate way to submit a ticket? This is not the first time it has happened. Thank you!

You can try to clear your cache and try to contact them again. If that still does not work, you can click the Contact Us button at the bottom of any forum page. You will most likely need your game id from the game, so write that down from within the game.

@nynaevelan Thanks for the suggestions! My choices are iOS, Android, Facebook, or Amazon. I used to be Facebook. Is that the option to select? I wish there was one for Windows. I always clear cache and now my user ID.

Pick facebook, since the Windows version is a replacement for the facebook web version. You might want to add a comment to your ticket for them to add a Windows option.
