Parent 1: Edeluxe, Queen of Charm (Level 2)
Parent 2: Rebird, Idol of Ash (Level 2)
The Korean soccer dragon's default price is about 1,500 gems. That's a lot!
It's just a common, but can be useful if you're stuck in the Frozen Wind cup when you need a dragon with Flame and Ice.

Other Fire+Ice hybrids ARE possible.
