User ID : I used an 3rd party tool only to get rewards from DTV. My account was temporarily banned twice. And I am banned permanently. I played this game so hard to get where i am now. Please give me an another chance. I won't use any 3rd party tools agin. Please

FYI I am not sure there will be a change in decision, as you've stated you were temporarily banned twice before the permanent ban was instituted which means you were given two opportunities to stop but you continued to do so. That is not the action of a person who wished to change and save his account.
